Kitimat Snowflake
On coming to Kitimat, one of the first indications of the arrival at the town is the Kitimat Snowflake.
Since the name Kitamaat (as written by the Haisla First Nations of our area) means "People of the Snow", it is appropriate that the symbol for Kitimat is a snowflake.
